德国两大汽车零件供应商裁员重组

在柴油车需求下降的背景下,全球最大的汽车零件供应商博世公司(Bosch)近日宣布将大量裁员,尤其在跟柴油机有关的业务上。博世在全球拥有41万员工。在柴油机业务上的员工,截止到今年5月大约有5万多人,在德国有1.5万名员工。
 
德国大陆集团(Continental AG)表示,由于主要汽车制造商加速转向电动汽车,需求下降速度快于预期,因此将削减对传统发动机零部件的投资,这是一次重大的战略转变。大陆董事会已投票决定停止扩张其液压元件业务,以便将重点和未来投资转向电动汽车零部件。博世公司表示,汽车生产行业发展明显变弱,比2018年想像的还要弱得多,面对正在下降的柴油车需求,公司必须作出反应。
 
大陆集团的这一举动表明,对温室气体排放更严格的监管正在推动该行业转向电动汽车,并迫使制造商重新绘制供应链。

BASF will work with local partners in Jilin Province to promote innovative solutions in the automotive and agriculture sectors.
 
巴斯夫与中国第一汽车集团有限公司(一汽)签署一汽红旗平台战略合作协议。根据该战略协议,巴斯夫与一汽将共同为中国消费者打造更多集合更轻且坚固车身结构、安全、舒适、低排放、炫靓车身涂装以及设计感于一身的汽车产品。
 
BASF and China FAW Group CO.,Ltd.(FAW)signed the strategic cooperation agreement.According to the agreement,BASF and FAW will jointly develop more vehicles fitted with lighter but more rigid body frames,lower emissions,and attractive paints that are designed to meet the needs of Chinese car owners in search for a safer,lighter vehicle that offer them a comfort ride.
 
协议内容涵盖涂装解决方案、轻量化车身材质以及可降低尾气排放的催化剂等领域。协议还为双方工作团队制定了战略及运营合作框架。
 
It covers areas including coating solutions,lightweight body materials,and emission reduction catalysts for exhaust.The agreement also established a framework for the strategic and operational team cooperation between the two companies.
 
除了在汽车行业的合作之外,巴斯夫农业解决方案业务部门通过与全国农业技术推广服务中心合作,利用其在农业领域的技术专知帮助吉林当地种植户提升产量,减少作物受到病虫害的影响。
 
In addition to partnerships in the automotive sector in Jilin,BASF collaborates with the National Agro-tech Extension and Service Center(NATESC)to bring technical know-how and expertise to benefit local growers in the province.
 
巴斯夫在吉林的业务主要集中在稻米、玉米和经济作物三个领域。2017年以来,公司在当地业务实现了42%的年增长率。
 
BASF’s agricultural business in Jilin,mainly focusing on rice,corn and specialty crops,has grown42%year on year since2017.
 
欧司朗与艾迈斯启动建设性谈判
 
Osram In Constructive Negotiations With Ams
 
欧司朗和艾迈斯目前正在就一项业务合并协议进行谈判。欧司朗董事会和监事会将在近期处理此议题,目标是在9月5日之前公布艾迈斯的收购要约。
 
Osram and ams are currently negotiating a Business Combination Agreement.Osram Managing Board and Supervisory Board to deal with this topic in the near term.The aim is a publication of ams'takeover offer before the end of September5.

Both parties will continue to carefully assess the details of such an agreement,which is a prerequisite for a takeover by ams.

Weight Watchers Eyes A New Client
 
据外媒报道,自称WW的慧俪轻体日前推出一款自行研发的新应用Kurbo,以“帮助8-17岁的儿童和青少年达到更健康的体重。”
 
Weight Watchers,which now calls itself WW,this week introduced a new app called Kurbo by WW to“help kids and teens ages8-17reach a healthier weight.”
 
慧俪轻体去年收购了数字健康初创企业Kurbo,该公司系统基于斯坦福大学的儿童肥胖项目。
 
WW last year acquired Kurbo,a digital health start-up whose system is based on Stanford University’s pediatric obesity program.
 
青少年可以在Kurbo的免费应用程序中追踪自己的食物。绿色、黄色或红色灯光会对他们吃的内容以及用量进行评分。
 
Adolescents track their food in Kurbo’s free app.A green,yellow,or red light grades what and how much of a food they eat.
