    SMALLEY波簧（Wave Spring）与冲压性挡圈为了**直径尺寸的需要而采用卷绕制造工艺。它们具有统一的横断面（抗干涉无耳装配）并且没有毛刺。Smalley螺旋弹性挡圈符合军工和航天业的规格要求并且被应用于世界范围内成千上万的机械产品中。

普通卡式挡圈因其结构上存在耳部,造成与内零件接触而发生干涉.Smalley生产的由不锈钢制成的弹性挡圈,其截面一致无耳部,故安装后不会与配合零件之间发生干涉,而且弹性挡圈的成本还低于卡式挡圈.

    Smalley波形挡圈是一种具有波浪形状的可拆卸挡圈.一个波形挡圈可顶替一个挡圈和一个波簧,它可预先向滚珠轴承施加压力,同时也象普通Smalley挡圈一样装配在槽中.

    双圈偏移型外挡圈用来替代轴台.它用来固定喷嘴零件,使之易于装配.该挡圈的宽度设计成零干涉,其外径比螺纹根部的直径小.

    在压力表中,波形挡圈安装在浅槽内,对表面玻璃仅产生非常小的压力.这样挡圈既可使表面玻璃固定,又不会将玻璃压碎.

    挡圈在同步带轮两侧形成侧壁.该方法淘汰了压入式侧壁.为方便更换皮带,一侧的挡圈采用易拆卸型.

    波形挡圈易于满足现场维修要求.如液压缸密封圈需要维修时,该挡圈可用螺丝刀迅速拆卸,并轻松重新安装.

Withour patented helical disk spring, we can offer our customers a proven andtested machine component,which in many cases replaces the common multi-layerdisc spring.assembly. The helical disc spring consists of two identical flatwire compression springs, screwed into one another to achieve a cross-sectionsimilar to that of disc springs. Our patented helical disk spring is a tried andtested component which can often replace the familiar multi-layer disk springassembly. It is made up of two identical helical compression springs screwedtogether, both made of steel strip with a cross-section similar to that of disksprings. The uninterrupted grain flow of the basic material increases servicelife and reduces the risk of fracture of the coiled helical disk spring.
    Generally the function of anyalternately layered column of disk springs is replaceable by a helical diskspring. The increase of force is proportional to the operating stroke, becausebending stress only arises in the spring band steel.
    The helical disk spring can even becoiled with winding distance, so it starts by operating with thecharacteristics of a helical pressure spring, but when it comes into contactwith the windings it operates with the high spring force of a multi-layer diskspring.
